Here at Hillside we can process your homegrown cattle beast into tasty treats for your table. We offer all standard cuts and specialised BBQ cuts giving you a range of options. Our range of flavoured small goods is extensive and we can source any gourmet flavours you fancy trying. We vacuum pack all steaks, roasts, stew and cooked goods. Elliot’s slaughtering service is second to none. Our one of a kind trailer was designed with you in mind. We are able to complete the slaughtering process quickly, efficiently and hygienically. Our wait-list for cattle processing is typically 4-6 weeks so get booked in now!
